We have worked hard to streamline the ordering process to make it as easy as possible to place orders for our full range of NiSi products for drop shipping directly to your door in Canada. We use FedEx to fulfill shipping and our ordering process will automatically calculate all of the relevant Canadian import duties and taxes.

How do I place an order for NiSi products to be shipped to Canada?
During the checkout process on the cart page (nisiopticsusa.com/cart) on the NiSi Optics USA website there is button “Outside the U.S” (see image below) which can be selected and will redirect any purchases to the FedEx Cross Border payment processing and shipping website. The products selected from the NiSi Optics USA website will be transferred to the FedEx payment process and populated automatically.
All payments and shipping details need to be made through this payment engine with shipping and import duties calculated at time of payment. Once you enter your address details into FedEx Cross Border website you will be able to select from standard or express shipping options and the Canadian import duties and taxes will also be calculated correctly.
How long does a NiSi product order take to ship to Canada?
Once payment has been verified and processed, orders are packed and shipped from our North American warehouse within one business day. Shipping transit times are controlled via FedEx and will be dependant on your individual location and selected shipping method. Shipping times for products that are in stock average between 5 – 10 days after leaving our warehouse depending on the shipping methods selected during the checkout process. You will receive a tracking number when the order has been processed and dispatched so you can track your order.
What is the warranty and return process for NiSi products shipped to Canada?
The NiSi Filters USA warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase and during the first 12 months for any products purchased since our launch in the US and Canda on September 1st, 2019. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown from either the nisiopticsusa.com website or from an authorized NiSi Optics USA retailer or reseller, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.
