Accepted payment methods
NiSi Optics USA accepts the following payment methods for online purchases.
Credit and debit cards
Card payments are handled by WooPayments, the payment platform built into WooCommerce. Your card details are entered on our checkout over an encrypted connection and passed straight to the payment processor. They are never stored on our website.
PayPal
Check out quickly using your PayPal balance, a linked bank account or a card saved in your PayPal wallet. You will be taken to PayPal to approve the payment and returned to us once it is complete. Your card details stay with PayPal and are never shared with us.
Apple Pay
Available on compatible Apple devices and in Safari for a fast, secure one touch checkout. Apple Pay is processed through WooPayments.
Google Pay
Available on compatible devices and browsers for a fast, secure one touch checkout. Google Pay is processed through WooPayments.
Pay over time
If you would rather spread the cost, these buy now pay later options are available at checkout. Eligibility, order limits and the number of instalments are set by each provider and are shown before you confirm your payment.
Klarna
Via WooPaymentsSplit your order into instalments or pay later, subject to Klarna’s approval. Offered through WooPayments at checkout.
Affirm
Via WooPaymentsPay monthly over a set term, with the terms shown up front before you commit. Offered through WooPayments at checkout.
Afterpay
Via WooPaymentsPay in four instalments over six weeks, subject to Afterpay’s approval. Offered through WooPayments at checkout.
Zip
Pay over timeSplit your purchase into instalments with Zip, subject to Zip’s approval and account limits.
Buy now pay later plans are an agreement between you and the provider, not with NiSi Optics USA. Approval, instalment schedules, fees and any late charges are governed by that provider’s own terms, which you accept when you check out. Availability can also depend on your order total and shipping address.
Payment security
We take the security of your payment details seriously.
- All transactions are encrypted with advanced SSL technology.
- Card payments are processed by WooPayments and our other payment providers on PCI compliant infrastructure.
- We do not store your credit card details, and we do not share customer details with any third parties.
Payment processing
- Payments are processed at the time of order placement.
- For PayPal and pay over time options, your payment is authorised with the provider when you place the order.
- You will receive an immediate email confirmation once your payment has processed successfully. Please check your junk mail if you have not received it.
Pricing
- All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).
- Prices are subject to change without notice, but changes will not affect orders that have already been accepted.
Sales tax
- Applicable sales tax will be added to your order total based on your shipping address and the current tax rate.
Order verification
- Orders may be subject to payment verification. For the security of your order we may request additional information to validate your purchase, which can delay processing.
- We will notify you by phone or email if your order is held for verification.
Refunds and cancellations
- If an order is cancelled before it ships, we will issue a full refund to the original form of payment.
- Refunds for returned products are processed once the returned items have been received and inspected, in line with our Return Policy.
- Refunds are always returned to the payment method used for the order. If you paid with Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay or Zip, the refund goes back to that provider and they adjust your remaining instalments.
- Depending on your bank or provider, it can take a few business days for a refund to appear on your statement.
