The third generation of NiSi's circular filter pouch, now with a genuine YKK zipper. Eight separate microfiber-lined pockets in a molded nylon shell, with a metal carabiner so it rides on the outside of your pack.

The larger pouch, for a kit that has outgrown eight slots. Thirteen microfiber-lined compartments, a hard nylon shock-resistant shell and a YKK water-resistant zipper running the full length.

The Caddy III holds eight circular filters up to 95mm. The Caddy MAX holds up to thirteen, in the same sizes, with room left for adapter rings, and it takes JetMag Pro magnetic filters up to 95MAG.

A pocket for every filter

Each filter gets its own microfiber-lined compartment, so coated glass never rubs against coated glass while the pouch moves around inside your bag. On multi-coated optical glass, that separation is what protects image quality.

A genuine YKK zipper

The zipper is the part you touch most, so it is the part NiSi upgraded first. Both pouches close on a genuine YKK, which glides, resists snagging on the lining, and keeps working through years of opening and closing. On the Caddy MAX it is the water-resistant version.

A shell that holds its shape

Molded nylon on the Caddy III, hard shock-resistant nylon on the Caddy MAX. Either way the pouch stays rigid rather than collapsing around your filters, spreading the load from drops, pack compression and airline handling.

Clip it where you can reach it

A metal carabiner and a cord zip pull are fitted to the Caddy III as standard, so it hangs off a backpack strap, a harness, a belt loop or a tripod bag instead of being buried at the bottom of your pack.

Any circular filter fits

The pockets are sized by diameter, not by brand. Any circular filter up to 95mm goes in, so CPLs, NDs, variable NDs, UVs and black mist filters finally travel together instead of in the boxes they arrived in.

How many filters does each Caddy hold?

The Caddy III holds 8 circular filters. The Caddy MAX holds up to 13, with room left over for adapter rings.

What filter sizes fit?

Any circular filter up to 95mm, in both pouches. The Caddy MAX also takes NiSi JetMag Pro magnetic filters up to 95MAG.

Will filters from other brands fit?

Yes. The pockets are sized by diameter, so any brand of circular filter up to 95mm goes in, whether that is a CPL, an ND, a variable ND, a UV or a black mist filter.

What stops the filters scratching each other?

Every filter sits in its own microfiber-lined compartment, so coated glass never touches coated glass. The lining also cushions each filter against the small knocks of travel.

Are they waterproof?

Neither pouch is described as waterproof. The Caddy MAX uses a YKK water-resistant zipper and a hard nylon shell that resists water, dust and pressure. The Caddy III uses a genuine YKK zipper in a molded nylon shell.

Can I clip it to the outside of my bag?

The Caddy III is supplied with a metal carabiner and a cord zip pull, so it can hang from a backpack strap, a harness, a belt loop or a tripod bag.

Which one should I buy?

Count the filters you carry. Eight or fewer, and the Caddy III is the slimmer pouch with the carabiner. More than eight, filters across several thread sizes, or a JetMag Pro magnetic set, and the Caddy MAX is the one.

Do you make a pouch for square filters?

Yes. The Caddy 100mm Filter Pouch holds nine 100mm filters, or eight plus a V5, V5 Pro or V6 holder. The Caddy 150mm Filter Pouch Pro holds seven 150mm filters plus a NiSi Q, S5 or S6 holder. Both are in this category.
