Filter names are the ones printed on the glass: FS ND is a Full Spectrum neutral density filter, and the stop figure in brackets is how much light it cuts. Anything not listed here, including a ring for a thread your kit does not cover, is sold on its own in JetMag Pro.

How it works

Three moves, then shoot.

The ring stays on the lens. After that, changing filter is a snap and a twist, and every filter in the kit works the same way.

Fit a ring to the lens

Thread the ring that matches your lens onto the front and leave it there. The 49MAG, 67MAG, 82MAG and 95MAG kits bring their rings with them. MAXMAG clamps on instead, for lenses with no thread at all.

Snap the filter on

The magnets pull the filter onto the ring on their own, square to the lens, in about a second. Filters in the kit stack onto each other the same way.

Twist to lock

Rotate until the handle meets the white lock line. The filter is now mechanically locked, not just held by magnets, so it holds through wind, movement and a camera on a strap.

Rings are what let one filter serve every lens, and they are the piece people forget to buy. Every kit for 49MAG, 67MAG, 82MAG and 95MAG ships with a set of them.

On in a second, locked with a twist

The magnets seat the filter square on the ring, then a turn to the white lock line holds it mechanically. No threads to cross, even with gloves on.

Kits that stack into more range

Filters lock to each other as well as to the ring. Put the 4 stop FS ND on the 1 to 5 stop True Color VND and the VND Mist Creative Kit covers 5 to 9 stops.

Leave a ring on each lens and the same kit moves between them. Extra rings cost a fraction of a second set of filters, so the kit grows with the bag.

Before you buy.

What is in a JetMag Pro kit?

The filters for one job, the adaptor rings that mount them on your lenses, magnetic front and back caps, and a case. The exact list differs by kit and by size, and every one of them is set out in the In the box panel above.

Do the kits include the adaptor rings?

Yes for 49MAG, 67MAG, 82MAG and 95MAG. MAXMAG works differently: the three lens kits include the clamp-on adapter for that specific lens, and the MAXMAG Landscape ND Kit sold without an adapter leaves that choice to you, so you can pair it with the adapter your lens takes.

Which kit should I buy?

Match it to what you shoot. Landscape ND for water, skies and long exposures. Cinema or Filmmaker for set ND steps on video. VND Flex for one filter you dial by hand, and VND Mist Creative when you also want more range and a softer look. Black Mist for portraits, Capture for protection and reflections, Night for after dark, and Monochrome for black and white.

Which size do I need?

Buy at the size of your largest lens thread and use an adaptor ring for every smaller lens. 49MAG suits compact primes, 67MAG mid-size lenses, 82MAG most full frame zooms, and 95MAG big zooms and 95mm cinema fronts. A lens with no filter thread, such as the Nikon Z 14-24mm f/2.8 or the Sony FE 14mm f/1.8 GM, takes MAXMAG.

Is a kit better value than buying the filters one at a time?

Yes. Every kit on this page costs less than the same filters, adaptor rings and caps bought separately here, and the case comes with it rather than as an extra.

Can I add to a kit later?

Yes. Every JetMag Pro filter of the same size fits the rings that are already in your kit, so a kit is a starting point rather than a closed set. Adding another ring is all it takes to bring a new lens in.

Can I stack the filters in a kit?

Yes. Filters lock to each other exactly as they lock to the ring. The VND Mist Creative Kit is built on that: its 4 stop FS ND goes on the 1 to 5 stop True Color VND to reach 5 to 9 stops.

Will the filters vignette on a wide lens?

The frames are ultra-slim to keep vignetting out of the corners, and NiSi rates single JetMag Pro filters on full frame lenses as wide as 16mm. The MAXMAG kits are made for ultra wides: up to three filters stack on the Nikon Z 14-24mm at 14mm, and two on the Sony FE 14mm GM, Canon RF 14mm and Olympus 7-14mm, with no visible vignetting.
